Beware of lowball offers. You are not told the contractor by name in advance so I think that leads to lack of responsibility or care in the work. The estimate for a simple yard job was off by over $300 so the contractor wanted over $450 to do it after arriving. And at one point I was asked how much I would pay which is never a good sign. The job was completed through another app service for $208 and now have begun to book other jobs with them.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I used task easy for about 1 year. Contractors will show up a month late (if they show up at all), then demand extra money to do the work. More money and less work. Quite the scam they have going on. If you care about your yard do not use this service. Pathetic company.
Service has been cancelled multiple times. Not reliable at all.
My grass hasn't been cut since June 2 2021. They has been rescheduling every week. I am disabled and unable to do it myself which is why I have been using this service. I am very disappointed.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Terrible company. I have been waiting for over a month and a half to get my lawn mowed. They continously provide a date, nobody shows, then provide another date. I've had around 20 appointment dates, nobody's shown up even once. Now my grass is knee high and nobody will mow it without charging a ton so I have to attempt mowing it myself with my bad back. Do not trust a word they say. Their "contractors" do not work.
Awful service. I signed up 2 weeks ago and still no contractor has cut my lawn. I've had 3 appointments and they cancelled on me each time. Customer service line is useless. Been calling them for a week to address the issue to no avail.
Worst work for me job for 26 april to may 6 and keep change then they wait until grass grow to charge me more and more ok i paid but i unistalling now get another bye for extra charge
Do not use this service!!! I paid $130 for a premium lawn service to include trimming bushes, edging and weeding plant beds. I normally was paying $30 a cut using an independent contractor but decided to spruce my lawn up a bit. They came out and just cut my lawn, and didn't even do a good job at that. I did not approve and they came back out and pulled literally like 3 weeds then left. My job was somehow auto approved by the app and that is where I am at. TOTAL RIP OFF!
